Special Projects
Every year, YVCKC engages in a variety of unique service opportunities that differ in nature from our usual projects. Youth can sign up for any of these special events in order to serve more hours and make an even bigger impact on their communities.
To volunteer with us, please complete a YVCKC Volunteer Profile and Guardian Waiver and return it to our office or bring it with you to your first project. If you have volunteered with us in the past, but have not yet volunteered with us this school year (August-May), you must re-submit the necessary forms so that we can keep our files updated. You can sign up for a project by filling out one of the contact forms below (we will send you a confirmation email), or by contacting the Team Leaders. Click on each project's address to be sent to a Google map pinpointing the location of the event. It is important to sign up in advance, since some projects have limited space and work available. It is preferable to contact us at least 24 hours in advance of a project. (Our office closes at 4:30pm on Fridays.)
