YOUTH VOLUNTEER CORPS
OF GREATER KANSAS CITY Greetings! Welcome to the YVC KC website. Youth Volunteer Corps is all about planning and implementing youth-led community service projects that are challenging, rewarding, educational and fun! During the school year, we usually have two or three different projects every week on Saturdays. Click on the Saturday Projects tab above to see the projects coming up in next couple months. We also have some on-going and after school projects; click on the On-Going Projects tab to see our current options. During the summer, we hold an 8-week intensive summer day camp; click on the Summer Program tab to see what the 2007 Summer Program was like. And remember to check the site as Summer approaches so that you can download an application for our 2008 Program. Partner agencies: there is information designed for you as well; just follow the link above labeled "Agency Info." And, of course, let us know if you have any questions.
